Palasino Group, a.s. is a registered company established in 1995 in the Czech Republic, which owns and operates one casino and hotel resort and three casinos. Located on the Czech /Austrian and Czech/German borders, they operate under the registered brand name PALASINO®.
In 2014, the Company began to establish its hotel division through the acquisition of four hotels, three in Germany and one in Austria, all of which were fully owned and operated by Palasino Group, a.s. These four hotels operate under the brand name Trans World Hotels.
In 2022, Palasino Group, a.s. established Palasino Malta Limited, a company registered in Malta which has been issued with a Type 1 remote gaming license from the Malta Gaming Authority.
