As part of the strategic development of services of the Palasino Group and its hotel segment, including Hotel Savannah, which is part of Palasino Resort, a gradual modernization of key operational systems is taking place with the aim of increasing management efficiency and the quality of the customer experience.

One of the main steps in this area is the implementation of the modern reservation system HORES, which brings a higher level of automation and clarity into daily operations. The introduction of this solution has made it possible to optimize reservation processes, accelerate data handling, and minimize error rates across individual departments.

This implementation is followed by integration with the Profitroom system, which further strengthens the digital customer journey and simplifies the process of direct bookings. The result is a more intuitive and user-friendly environment that allows guests to plan their stay more conveniently from the first contact through to arrival. In the next phase, an extension to include online check-in is planned, which will further increase comfort and operational efficiency.
